Information:

P = Persentile
n = Number of data

i = 1,2, ..., 99

Example:

Please determine the 2nd percentile of 1,2,3, ..., 999!

Answer:

n = 999

i = 2

Location of P_i = Location data: (i (n + 1) / 100)
Location of P₂ = Location data: (2 (999 + 1) / 100)

Location of P₂ = Location data : (2 (1,000) / 100)

Location of P₂ = Location data : (2,000) / 100)

Location of P₂ = Location data : 20th
