B. 1 Permutation formula if there is the same element:
Information:
P = Permutation
n = Number of elements
k, l, and m = the number of the same elements
Example:
How many 7 numbers can be compiled from 4, 4, 4, 5, 5, 5, and 7!
Answer:
Number of numbers = 7, number of numbers 4 = 3 and number of numbers 5 = 3, then:
So there are 140 numbers that can be arranged.
C. Cyclic Permutations
The cyclical permutation is a permutation that arranges it in a circle.
C.1. Cyclical permutation formula:
P (cyclical) = (n - 1)!
Information :
P (suklis) = Cyclic permutation
n = number of elements
Example:
At an organization meeting was attended by 6 people who sat around a round table. What is the order that can happen?
Answer:
P (cyclical) = (n - 1)!
P (cyclical) = (6 - 1)!
P (cyclical) = 5!
P (cyclical) = 5 x 4 x 3 x 2 x 1
P (cyclic) = 120
So the arrangement that can happen is 120 possibilities.
