Answer:
If p = 325.6 : 48.5
log p = log (325.6 : 48.5)
log p = log 325.6 - log 48.5
log p = 2.5127 - 1.6857
log p = 0.8270
so, p = antilog 0.8270 = 6,7
3. Root and Rank Operations on Logarithms

Using the logarithm table, please specify the value of:
Answer:
a. if p = 5^8
log p = log 5^8
log p = 8 x log 5
log p = 8 x 0.6990
log p = 5.592
So, p = antilog 5.592 = 390800
So, p = anti log 0.2553 = 1.8001
